Stay In The New was created to make it easier for travelers to discover the newest hotels across the United States.

While traveling with my family, we often tried to find the newest hotel in each city we visited. The difference was noticeable — cleaner rooms, modern bathrooms, updated layouts, and often the same price (or sometimes even less) than older properties.

But finding recently opened hotels wasn’t easy. It usually meant searching endlessly through reviews, digging through hotel listings, or trying to guess which properties were actually new.

So I created Stay In The New — a simple way to discover newly opened hotels and upcoming hotel developments in major destinations.

Our goal is to help travelers skip outdated stays and easily find modern hotels with the newest rooms, updated amenities, and fresh designs.

We track newly opened hotels, upcoming openings, and major hospitality developments across cities throughout the United States, updating listings as new properties open.
