Orlando's hotel scene has seen one of the most remarkable runs of new openings anywhere in the country. Universal's three brand-new on-site resort hotels — Stella Nova, Terra Luna, and the flagship Universal Helios Grand Hotel — all opened in conjunction with Universal's Epic Universe, the most ambitious theme park expansion in Orlando in a decade. The most significant luxury hotel opening on Florida's First Coast in decades is on track for late 2026. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will debut as the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards development with 170 rooms, four dining concepts including a rooftop venue, a world-class spa, multiple outdoor pools with cabanas, and significant event space. The property sits waterfront, adjacent to the Sports Complex and the recently renovated EverBank Stadium — home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. It's Northeast Florida's first true five-star luxury hotel.
